At now only developers can put applications in store. On Apple there is review for every app, on android you can put any shit that you have made, on windows phone hardcore code review.
But what if we can make store with user content. It can be everything: photos, videos, audio, content from productivity tools, themes, anything. I'am sure it's possible to create visual editor for application directly on a phone.
Anyone in the world can share their application for free or charge.
