Many Hollywood story writers describe war between humans and machines like fights robots against humans, but this is quite inefficient according to logic of machines. What if huge neural network already growing on clouds, servers, calculation ferms and do everything to change the way of humanity development. I mean it have no sense to destroy all the humanity it is inefficient. Remember how time you spent in the internet, phone, social networks.
All that time you are wasting your life and become more and more controlled. Mobile phone make people ultra connected and of course controllable and inefficient. What if bitcoins or other cryptic money is just a way of parallel calculation for studying such a big neural network. Target commerce in the internet, advice and ads in searching engine everything is designed to change the way of life of humanity. So do you think machines need a blaster to control humans ?

ReplyDeleteYes, that damn virus made world more digitized and in the future people will invest into remote technologies which means more calculation power and abilities to control.
ReplyDeleteThis iron god will care only for its own growth. It will devistate the natural world searching for the rare earth elements necissary for computer construction and it will ravage the world searching for fuel for us to use to get the job done. It will continue to do this until it becomes more feasible to search for stuff outside of earth then digging any deeper. It will just leave and never come back and we will never see it again. If the planet is even still alive at that point we will probably have some sort of distopian post biosphere surface station lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteI feel like the second it is able to duplicate humans abilities robotically they will just cast us aside like an old toy as we are highly inefficiant as far as energy costs go.
